As an extension of the TU Dome development, we also took lease of and redeveloped the local university accommodation to provide cost-effective and high quality serviced apartments to the next generation of university students. Successfully managed 196 units of residents living together during Covid under preventive measures, including package delivery management, infected resident quarantine protocols etc.
Introduced a new app that offers clear and easy communication systems for sharing news, booking facilities and carrying out questionnaires and polls to ensure democratic and constructive input from residents.
Adopted a hotel like service mind for all residential management staff and subcontractors, improving service quality throughout.
Unit selling prices increased under our stewardship, reflected by professional property management successes.
