Sustainability

Thonglor Management and alliances have addressed their vision and goal of operating environmental protection projects and raising awareness about conserving the world’s environment by first engaging their determination of staff and transferring them into each environmental project.

GO GREEN

Thonglor Management, in collaboration with three alliances—Eight Thonglor Mall, MUU Bangkok Hotel, and Eight Residences—focuses on sustainability by minimizing the carbon footprint left by our operations, staff, and guests. Recycling materials used in each property are implemented, such as the bin basket in the guest room, where even the thrown paper has been recycled for the printing process. The initiative staff of Thonglor Management build up the ‘Recycle Sala’, to produce an organic cleaning liquid made from waste and use it to eliminate rubbish from wastewater reservoirs, and all development undergoes rigorous sustainability audits.

Thonglor Management follows a sustainability framework that not only considers environmental issues as the center but also aims to create a positive impact on the communities of the Thong Lo area and nearby communities. By emphasizing its identity by linking it to other community contexts, such as the context of using leftover materials from the community to make trash baskets in guest rooms.
